Key Releases

New Navigation Bar Layout

We've redesigned the navigation experience across Carbon Arc. The new left-side navigation provides consistent access to all platform features, replacing the previous top-nav switching model. This update streamlines navigation and makes it easier to move between workflows.

Lenses Artifacts

Introducing Artifacts: saved outputs from Lenses that can be reused as context in future workflows. Users can now pin chats to an Artifact and bring that context forward, enabling more efficient research workflows and better continuity across sessions. This also helps reduce Carbon Arc MCP token consumption by eliminating the need to re-fetch the same context in conversations.

Clickstream (CA0030) Enhancement

Fixed average  website visits calculation in our Clickstream data to more correctly reflect total visits per user.  Please contact support@carbonarc.co for any questions.

POS Supermarket (CA0047) Enhancement

We updated the POS Spend per Transaction (Insight #550) in POS Supermarket to use more proper inputs and reflect a more true average order value. Please contact support@carbonarc.co for any questions.

May Ontology Version Release

We are rolling out the May ontology update, introducing new mappings and expanded entity coverage (e.g. Polymarket, Sleeper, Nothing Bundt Cakes, etc.) within our US Credit Card data.
