Medical & Pharmacy Open Claims Updates
This week's update delivers significantly greater depth and accuracy through expanded line-level medical details (~180% annual increase in rows), enhanced deduplication and patient hashing logic, and a new pharmacy source_type field for improved transparency. The Pharmacy dataset will also expand by ~40% with the inclusion of additional rejected and reversed claims.
Medicare Claims and Commercial Price Transparency Data Updates
We are updating our Medicare Claims and Commercial Price Transparency data asset. This data asset provides a comprehensive view into US Medicare utilization and commercial pricing dynamics. Claims are sourced through the CMS Qualified Entity Program, spanning Inpatient, Outpatient, SNF, HHA, DME, Hospice, and Carrier (Physician) claims. Pricing data is derived from payer-published machine-readable files across United, Aetna, Cigna, Elevance, Regence, Premera, Independence, and Highmark.

We are launching wind metrics under our Weather subject. The metrics include wind speed, direction, ang average daily wind component speed.

We’ve added World Peace (WPG) web content, a new feed capturing semiconductor catalog listings with product identifiers, descriptions, pricing, and minimum order quantities. This release expands our electronics coverage, enabling richer analysis of component availability and pricing trends across manufacturers.
