Document Manager Portal Launch

FIGI codes have been added to the platform and are now available across Ticker representations in Ontology Explorer. This Codes are accessible via the Ontology UI and in download exports.

User Portal and Hub UI/UX Enhancements

Recent updates include renaming the "Account" tab to "Plan" and moving token purchases to a new "Wallet" tab for clarity. Styling inconsistencies across the User Portal were addressed. In the Hub, UI/UX fixes improved right-side scroll behavior and padding alignment.
