Platform Updates

Improvements and Fixes
  • Download CSV limits are in place on Medical + RX Claims data
  • Fixed a bug with the Medical + RX Claims data not loading in Data Library
  • Tearsheet pricing updates to reflect Token rates not $ rates

Medical + RX Claims Data Launch

We have launched new Medical + RX Claims data to our platform. Please reach out to support@carbonarc.co or your primary Carbon Arc contact for access.

Updated Payment Infrastructure and Token based Wallet Structure

We updated our payment infrastructure to a wallet-based, token system for all our Carbon Arc users. Clients will pre-fund a dedicated wallet and use tokens to transact across the platform. Our User Portal now features:

  • ability to see tokens balance and usage in the user portal
  • ability for clients to purchase tokens as a one-time payment
  • ability for client admins to view payment history, invoice history, and plan details
  • ability to view promotional tokens and expiry date

POS - Emerging Markets Go-Forward Feed Ending

We are ending the go-forward feed of our POS - Emerging Markets data. The data asset history will continue to be available in the Platform to you after May, 2025.

Data Overview Updates in Builder

We are removing bar charts from our Builder Overviews to improve performance. Overviews will be coming back soon within the next several weeks. Overviews will be replaced by Data Library information on the data asset.
