Platform Updates

Read the full changelog related to UI/UX improvements and updates in our Platform.

Improvements and Fixes
  • Made all the badges on the cards into clickable filters
  • Removed the chart and axis option from the builder
  • Fixed issue where KPI Endpoints were missing Start + End Dates
  • Updated text in the tooltips and modal popups to clearer messaging
  • Ability to download Workspace data as a CSV
  • Moved the insight settings to the sidebar as Tools (graph type and Y-Axis)
  • Fixed issue with the download workbook functionality
  • Added the ability to search Relationship tables
  • Added timestamp to Graph API cards

Cross Shopper (by Overlap) API Endpoints Added

We are releasing new Cross Shopper views moving to production. These will show user cross shopping behavior by same-store sales in transaction consumption data, metrics such as Shared Store count of users.

User Loyalty Endpoints Added

We are releasing new User Loyalty views based on loyal shopper logic starting with our Card data. These views segment users (shoppers in a panel) into “loyal” or “non-loyal” cohorts for a specific brand (or representation) over a given time period, we can track shifts in loyalty, churn, and other behaviors that are critical for understanding customer retention and lifetime value (LTV).

Data Dictionaries added to Data Library

We have added Data Dictionaries to our Data Library listings, these dictionaries will provide you more information on table schemas available in our Platform. These dictionaries will be updated overtime as new data or fields are added to our APIs.

Provider Names in Data Library

For the first time, you will be able to view select provider names listed in our Data Library and Builders. We intend to continue to rollout Provider Names over time in our Platform. These are the names of the source data provider behind views in our Platform.

Temporal Rollups in Workspace

You will now be able to perform Temporal "Rollup" aggregations in our Workspace environments. You can save any lower level of temporal granularity (such as Daily or Weekly) and roll the data up to Monthly or Quarterly. We will soon be adding the ability to roll up to Fiscal Quarters in addition to Month and Quarter.

Cohort Builder Moving to Workspace

Our Cohort Builder functions will be moving to Workspaces. You will find your cohorts nested under the Worksbooks tab in Workspace. Cohorts can be created by clicking the + icon in Workspace. Cohort reports can also now be viewed within Workspace. Cohort Builder will remain under Apps for the next 1-2 weeks.

Download Workbook Data

You can now download data from your Workbook Canvas into a CSV including functions such as YoY Growth or Temporal Aggregations.

Trade Claims Pairwise Trading

We are releasing new views in our Trade Claims data that will provide you a complex view into Country-to-Country trading by certain company and brand entities. For example you will be able to view Amazon's United States Imports from Companies in Mexico and more.
