Platform UX Enhancements

Improvements and Fixes
  • Improved the post-submission view of the Request an Entity form
  • Control day lag in Compliance Portal without overriding vendor conditions
  • Cohort Builder will be locked for most of you at the time of this release

Updated Navigation Bar

We restructured navigation with new sub-menus: Product (Builder, Hub, Cohorts) and Knowledge (Library, Ontology). Workspace is now top-level with Workbook and Tracker (coming soon), and Resources includes Documentation, API, Python SDK, and a new Status page for monitoring incidents, which we’ll continue expanding.  

POS - Convenience Store Count Updates

We implemented a Store ID fix to improve store counting logic in POS C Store Insights, please note this will materially increase the value of this metric by incorporating more data when you purchase it.

Platform Search Improvement

We improved global search performance—results now load first while the Carbon Arc assistant initializes. The assistant only appears on the All tab, and the Hub tab has been temporarily removed while we work on a fix.

Platform Builder Enhancements

In Builder, we added an “unselect all” option when more than two filters are selected, aligned the padding on the Subjects & Topics dropdown with the rest of the page, and enabled dynamic filtering of Topics and Subjects based on the selected entity.

Data Library Enhancements

In Library moved the Block Data Available icon next to the Download Confidence Report button, removed the icon from dataset cards, added a Schedule Download button, and introduced Average Run Duration and Expected Next Refresh to tear sheets.
